A ticket is a request to perform some action that is sent from one account to another user or account.

A ticket has:

  • an owner account. This is the account that created the request.
  • a partner account: This is the account that will respond to the request. The partner account may be the same as the owner account, if the request is destined for another user in the same account.
  • an assignee: This is the user that will be responsible for taking action on the ticket and either performing the task or approving the action.
