My Notices

This is a log of notices (emails and texts) which were sent directly to you. It does not contain notices which were sent to other users in your account.

Notices are emails and/or texts that are sent to users for various reasons:

  • Automatic notices, such as the Welcome notice, Password Change notices, etc. are triggered automatically by the system when required.
  • Alert notices are triggered when predefined conditions occur such as incoming device events, or ticket assignments, etc.. These are only sent if a user in your account has subscribed to that alert.
  • Report notices are triggered when a scheduled report is ready. These are only sent if a user in your account has subscribed to the scheduled report.

Subscribing or Unsubscribing to Alerts and Reports

Alerts and Reports are sent to your email or phone based on your preferences, which can be changed under My Profile (if you have permission to do so). You can individually subscribe each “contact” (an email address or phone number) to different alerts or reports.

You can also always unsubscribe to optional recurring notices by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. However, only optional notices can be unsubscribed. For example, you cannot “unsubscribe” from emails which are automatically sent out to verify your account, change your password, etc..
